Shipping Info

PLEASE NOTE:
We attempt to ship all orders the same day if they are received by 1 PM EST.
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not included as shipping, delivery, or transit days.
Delivery time is calculated from when the order leaves our warehouse, not when the order is placed.
 

Please Note!
1. Your cardholder name and billing address provided MUST match exactly with your credit card issuing bank's records.
2. Your shipping address can not be a P.O. Box, APO, FPO, PR, VI, or GU. Also, your shipping address must be on file with your credit card company, or your order will be delayed. This is to protect you from credit card fraud. You can avoid delays by calling your credit card company immediately after placing your order, and request them to add the desired shipping address to your account.

As of 12/10/2004 our shipping policy has changed dramatically. We used to use a flat rate shipping fee that made it very easy for us and some people got a very good deal while others found they paid a bit more then they should have had to. We now ship by weight. This means that weight had to be assigned to all the inventory. This was a big task but should make for much more accurate shipping. Please let us know if you feel there has been a discrepancy

Keep in mind that by the time we obtain packaging materials and labor It costs us at least $6.65 over and above the shipping cost that you pay.

While this means that we pretty much don't make any money if someone buys one battery, we hope it will encourage folks to take advantage of the good deals  and stock up on items as gifts or to resell.
